- 12 Ounces Dry Macaroni or Small Shells
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Dry mustard powder
- 1 Tsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 4 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisk in flour, let cook 2 minutes. Whisk in milk, mustard powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir till thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in all but 1 cup of cheddar, the parmesan and the soup.
Stir in cooked pasta and pour into a 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Top with the reserved 1 cup of cheddar.
Bake for 18-25 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
