Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ounces Dry Macaroni or Small Shells
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry mustard powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisk in flour, let cook 2 minutes. Whisk in milk, mustard powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir till thickened.
  • Remove from heat, stir in all but 1 cup of cheddar, the parmesan and the soup.
  • Stir in cooked pasta and pour into a 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Top with the reserved 1 cup of cheddar.
  • Bake for 18-25 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
